RECRUITING REQUIREMENTS

To become a Red Tigers team member someone should be able to match the following prerequisites:

• Minimum Age: 22

• Enthusiasm/Understanding for MilSim

• Team spirit

• Ability to integrate into hierarchies

• The will to learn

• High apprehension

• Willpower

• Self-Discipline

• A level of Physical fitness

• Willing to spend time and most probably money
