Communications equipment in order to be allowed has to be approved by the event/skirmish organizer.

FREQUENCY SCANNING & LISTENING TO OPPOSITION RADIO CHATTER

Scanning of frequencies and listening in on opposition radio communications, is not allowed. The participants and the organizer of events and skirmishes must take appropriate safety measures by inscription of messages or using codes.
